Apatow Productions for Life.Coming Soon Preview Reviews
-Forgetting Sarah Marshall (April 18)
Producer Judd Apatow never lets me down. And once again he is bringing a new comedy about love in a new perspective: in the guy's point of view. It is known that females are the emotional ones in relationships but i think that guys are much worse than girls in some cases as shown in this comedy starring Jason Segal, Kristen Bell, Paul Rudd, Bill Hader, and Jonah Hill (oh yeah, i forgot to mention, Mila Kunis)! If you got the cast of Knocked Up and Superbad and Jason Segal just thrown in there and you'll get this movie. Considering how Segal is the writer and actor of this movie, i think its safe to say that he has experienced embarrassing break ups such as the this one displayed in the movie. And I dont think I've seen Jason Segal since his awkward stage in Freaks and Geeks. ( I just cant get that scene outta my head when he takes his gf down to his basement. If you know what i mean...) For a second he reminded me of Judge Reinhold. God, they look alike..
And normally, i wouldnt like this kind of comedy cause most comedy seems to be very slapstick but there is something undeniably real and funny about Apatow produced films (Superbad, Knocked Up) and that's why i'll always be an avid fan.
or go here...
and its weird to think that Kristen Bell is suppose to be hot in this movie. Sometimes i feel like Jonah Hill isnt even acting. He's just so good at being the obnoxious teenager even though hes really 27. This movie looks like its going to be fun. I will let you know if Apatow ever lets me down...till then, i will enjoy Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Pineapple Express (Aug 8).
